We offer local van delivery for customers near our shop on Butt Lane to postcodes starting with ST5, ST55, ST6, and ST7. The delivery charge for this service is £3.50.

 

For orders to England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, there is a shipping fee of £6.99. However, if your order is over £37, shipping is free. Please note that pet tags can be shipped for £1.95 if they are the only items in your order.

 

For orders to the Republic of Ireland, the shipping fee is £17.50.

 

Orders to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly incur a shipping fee of £25.00.

 

Orders to the Channel Islands have a shipping fee of £35.00.

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. We will always try to ship orders received before 14.00 on the same day, orders are usually delivered within 2-5 business days within the UK. International orders may take longer.
